HR SERVICES
BOB's Employment Programs and HR Services are now closed. We supported 796 people to get onto the job successfully from October 2008 until March 2012.
Vision:
To assist all people at risk of homelessness and those who have challenges sustaining employment to improve their housing and employment goals.
Mission:
Our mission is to equip, train and connect people at risk of homelessness in Vancouver. We provide the tools they need to transition into the field or discipline they choose and be successful at work. We will achieve this using a holistic and empowering approach where skills development is provided alongside practical supports such as food, clothing, equipment, housing support, budgeting skills, and connection to safe and supportive community. Our goal is to see individuals increase their income and housing status.
